Staci Stanton
TRANSFORMATION COACH

Her approach is equal parts evidence-based programming, nervous system-informed mindset work, and fierce self-belief. Whether she’s helping a woman master her first push-up, refine her RDL technique, or navigate the emotional landscape of a cut, Ruby doesn’t just coach bodies—she helps women reclaim the pen to their own life stories.
A former actor and bartender who pivoted careers with nothing but grit and a deep sense of purpose, Ruby embodies transformation. What started as a quest to be thinner eventually became a mission to be powerful, aligned, and deeply authentic—which she now helps women access for themselves.
“When you work with me, you don’t just get macros and a workout plan. You get systems that support the woman you’re becoming. We rewire the brain, reshape the body, and rewrite the future—one habit at a time.”
Her journey began over a decade ago when a personal trainer encouraged her to do her first fitness show. This decision sparked a lifelong passion for structured training and nutrition. Since then, Rebecca has transitioned from chasing aesthetics to pursuing strength, longevity, and vitality—both for herself and the women she coaches.
Rebecca’s coaching style is equal parts results-driven and deeply intentional. She believes in meeting women “where they are”, helping them find clarity and consistency in their process, and building momentum through small, sustainable wins. Her athletes often come to her overwhelmed or stuck—and leave empowered, informed, and ready to lead themselves with confidence.
“I love seeing the potential in a woman—sometimes before she sees it herself—and then watching her rise into it through commitment and grit. That’s the real transformation.”
A lifelong athlete, Nicole fell in love with lifting in 2016 after years of traditional training. What began as a shift from aesthetics to performance quickly became a life mission: helping other women step into the same kind of strength-based confidence she found through the barbell. From that moment, she’s never looked back.
Nicole’s coaching philosophy is centred on two words: effort and intention. She believes that every rep, check-in, and choice should be fueled by purpose—not perfection. Empathy also guides her approach. She coaches with curiosity, not judgment, always asking, “What is this woman navigating in this season—and how can I help her rise?”
Her specialty is helping women move beyond body shame or insecurity toward a new identity built around strength, grit, and self-leadership. Whether working with beginners or seasoned athletes, Nicole empowers her clients to own their process and trust themselves more each week.
“This isn’t just about looking strong. It’s about feeling strong. And realizing you’ve always had it in you.”
With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, Nancy began as a group fitness instructor in 2009 before stepping fully into personal training in 2013. Her journey shifted course in 2016 when she worked with Michelle MacDonald and experienced the kind of mindset and identity shift she now offers her own clients. That turning point, coupled with her background in Low-Pressure Fitness and lifelong passion for movement, laid the foundation for her science-driven yet deeply soulful approach to coaching.
Nancy specializes in helping women step into their most authentic, powerful selves—physically and mentally. Through barbell strength, nutrition strategy, and mindset evolution, her athletes don’t just change their bodies—they reclaim their entire sense of self.
“I’m here to help you let go of the stories that no longer serve you so you can finally become the woman you were meant to be.”
Her credentials include ISSA certifications in Personal Training, Nutrition, and Glute Specialization. More importantly, Michelle has walked the path her clients are on. A former international-level athlete in gymnastics and football, she later returned to movement through strength training and mentorship with Michelle MacDonald. That experience not only transformed her physically, but it also awakened a deeper calling to pay it forward by helping other women rediscover their power.
As a coach, Michelle believes in partnership over authority. She creates a collaborative coaching space where honest dialogue, individualized programming, and mindset support create lasting change.
“This isn’t about quick fixes or fads. We are here to create a sustainable, joyful life through strength, nutrition, and self-leadership. Every woman’s path is different, making the work so meaningful.”
Michelle is especially drawn to working with women in midlife and beyond who are starting over, reigniting dreams, or simply ready to put themselves back on the priority list. Her approach is evidence-based, human-first, and deeply rooted in experience and empathy.
Before joining The Wonder Women in 2024, Molly spent 10 years as the founder and head coach of FUELhouse Gym, her strength and conditioning sanctuary in Seattle, WA. A longtime student of identity-based transformation, she experienced her own evolution through TWW and knew she had to pay it forward.
Today, she specializes in coaching women who’ve checked all the boxes in life—but are ready to reconnect with their power, purpose, and physical strength on their own terms.
Her coaching style is fiercely compassionate and unapologetically honest. She doesn’t just hand her clients a plan—she teaches them how to embody the woman who follows through. With Molly, tough love meets brain science, macros meet mindset, and strength meets sovereignty.
“This work isn’t about motivation. It’s about identity. I coach women to become the version of themselves who no longer ghosts their goals—or themselves.”
A lifelong athlete, Marcie’s roots in fitness run deep. She grew up sprinting on the track and playing competitive soccer, always knowing that movement was part of her identity. After becoming a mother, she briefly lost that connection—but found her way back through lifting, eventually landing in Michelle MacDonald’s world in 2019. That moment rekindled a fire and led her to evolve from gym floor trainer to online transformation coach—launching her own business during COVID and ultimately joining The Wonder Women team.
Marcie’s coaching is defined by precision, personalization, and integrity. She strips away fluff and delivers structured programming, honest feedback, and mindset tools that meet women where they are—whether they’re seasoned lifters or scared to step in the gym. Her clients often describe her as equal parts tough love and fierce support.
“The work we do as women is about more than reps and macros—it’s about reclaiming our power. I’m not here to coddle you. I’m here to help you remember who you are.”
A 5x Pro Fitness Model Champion and creator of his own evidence-based training system, JJ combines deep industry knowledge with a calm, collaborative approach that empowers athletes to think critically, train intelligently, and execute relentlessly.
His coaching journey began in 2007 when he won the MVP Quest Physique Model Search during his first year of competition. That win ignited a passion for high-level performance and led to an internship with Olympic-level strength coaches in Montreal. These formative years cemented his foundational belief: that natural athletes deserve systems built for excellence—not shortcuts.
In 2015, JJ launched his own coaching methodology rooted in long-term health, intelligent progression, and athlete self-leadership. As the TWW Coaching Manager, he mentors team coaches and ensures clients benefit from strategic structure and elite-level standards.
Janelle’s educational background includes a CSCS certification, a Health Coaching Certification from the Health Coach Institute, and continuing studies in Health Psychology and the Menno Henselmans Evidence-Based Coaching Program (2025–2026). She has also completed mentorships with industry leaders Cliff Wilson and The Wonder Women founders, JJ and Michelle MacDonald.
Her path to coaching began with her own personal healing. During a chapter marked by depression and burnout, Janelle found solace in lifting weights on her living room floor. That one choice—picking up a dumbbell—became a turning point that led her from the corporate fashion world to a life of purpose, helping women rise through movement, nutrition, and inner work.
Her coaching philosophy is rooted in critical thinking, adaptability, and presence. She doesn’t prescribe cookie-cutter protocols. Instead, she works with each client’s season of life, capacity, and goals to craft a plan that honours their reality—while gently stretching their limits.
“My approach is simple: coaching only works when we’re all in. I bring the framework, accountability, and perspective—but the real magic happens when women show up ready to be honest, coachable, and committed.”
Janelle specializes in working with high-performing women 35+ who carry immense responsibility and are finally ready to prioritize themselves—not out of vanity, but from a place of legacy, impact, and healing.
Carolyn is an expert in guiding women 35+ through deeply rooted health and identity shifts—particularly those starting “late” or navigating autoimmune, hormonal, or structural limitations. She’s certified by ISSA (Personal Training, Bodybuilding), Precision Nutrition (Level 1, recertified), Layne Norton’s BioLayne Level 2 Nutrition, DLD-OFNC, and is a Certified High Performance Coach through Brendon Burchard’s program. She has also studied with elite strength coach Sebastian Oreb to refine her technical understanding of core lifts.
Carolyn specializes in mindset reconditioning, long-term habit change, and the physical and emotional reclamation that occurs when women prioritize their health—often for the first time in decades. Her style is practical, compassionate, and anchored in lived experience. Having undergone two hip replacements herself, she understands the realities of aging joints and limited mobility—and what it takes to rebuild strength from the ground up.
“I’ve been where most of my clients are—overwhelmed, discouraged, and putting everyone else first. My job is to help women realize they can rewrite that story. It’s never too late to start, and you’re always stronger than you think.”
Her clients are proof. From grandmothers in lean builds to caregivers reclaiming their strength and identity, Carolyn’s roster is filled with resilient women achieving milestones they once thought impossible.
Her foundation as a CanFit Pro Personal Trainer, Yoga Teacher, and graduate of The Canadian School of Natural Nutrition allows her to take a whole-person approach with every client. But her true superpower is mindset coaching. A self-described “growth junkie,” Anni helps women shed limiting beliefs, overcome emotional sabotage, and build an identity rooted in strength and self-leadership.
Anni’s path into coaching was born from a love of movement. A marathon runner, yoga teacher, and weightlifting enthusiast, she found coaching to be the natural next step in her evolution. After competing under the mentorship of Michelle MacDonald, she joined the founding class of Wonder Women coaches—eager to help other women break free from self-imposed limitations and discover what they’re capable of.
“Most women already know what to do. They just need the tools—and permission—to stop getting in their own way.”
Her coaching style is collaborative, honest, and anchored in lived experience. She works best with women over 35 who are done with perfectionism, ready to do the inner work, and craving a lifestyle rooted in empowerment, structure, and self-respect.
