Anni has been coaching women in nutrition, weight loss, and body recomposition since graduating from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in 2015, and is particularly passionate about coaching women over 40. She worked as an in-person trainer for years before switching the majority of her coaching business online. She believes in taking a holistic approach to body transformation and that in order to create real and lasting change, you must address not only nutrition and training but also the mindset and lifestyle that got you to where you are in the first place. She believes in using a macro-based approach to nutrition and that with the right mindset, anything is possible.

I have been on many weight loss programs and fad diets throughout the years, resulting in a vicious cycle of losing and gaining weight. The weight really came back full force when a combination of menopause and high stress at work both hit me hard. Although I tried to lose it on my own, nothing worked no matter how hard I tried. It was to the point that the scale made me cry daily, weekend getaways were stressful and getting dressed was so frustrating because nothing fit and I didn’t want to spend money on a new wardrobe. And the weight just kept increasing.
Fast forward to me signing up with Anni after having listened to her present on fitness and nutrition at a local gym. I’m now 23lbs lighter and could not be happier.
Anni embodies the true definition of a coach. She listens, supports, researches, has a no BS approach, and ALWAYS practices what she preaches. It is hard for me to put into words the difference that Anni and the Wonder Women program has made in my life. I can sum it up by saying that, at 62, I finally feel like I’ve found my authentic self. Like many of the Wonder Women clients, I yo-yo dieted for years (45 to be exact!) before I was fortunate enough to find the Wonder Women program.
When I looked at the coaches, I decided Anni was the right one for me. What a great choice! I love that Anni has education in nutrition, focuses on women who are over 40 and is a certified yoga instructor (as I am). She has a quiet confidence, keeps me on track and brings focus to areas where I am having challenges (and helps me find solutions) so that I can be successful. Anni spends a lot of time talking about changing your mindset as it truly is the key to long term success on this (or any) weight loss/fitness program.
It took me almost exactly a year to lose 40 lbs, which is longer than many other program participants took to lose that amount of weight, but it was the right amount of time to make the changes I needed to make in my mindset, nutrition and exercise program to feel confident in my long term success. I am now training to do my first fitness show at age 63. This was a (previously) secret dream that I never, ever thought I could actually achieve. To have it in my sights, particularly in my 60’s, is an amazing gift. I am forever grateful to Anni and the Wonder Women program.
I decided to work with Anni after a friend of mine worked with her and got great results. I felt like I was in a bit of a slump with my training and nutrition and thought she could help me get out of it. All I have to say is, anybody who is on the fence about working
with Anni, just do it! I learned so much about nutrition, macros, training, how to get into a caloric deficit, and how to maintain my ideal weight. I also appreciated Anni for always telling me the truth, calling me out on my excuses, but also teaching me how to be flexible and still stay on track when my erratic flight attendant schedule called for it.
