When I started my fitness journey, it was all about building muscle, but with TWW I learned the key was cultivating a stronger mindset. I’ve been immersed in the health and fitness industry for over 20 years, specializing for the last 13 in coaching women of all ages and backgrounds. During that time, I saw a consistent gap: women were underserved by generic programs and fad-driven solutions. So, I created The Wonder Women—and developed my signature Fitness Model Blueprint™ to help women build real strength, shift body composition, and lead themselves through lasting transformation.
The Wonder Women community of expert coaches exists to rewrite the narrative around women’s health and fitness.
