I’ve been immersed in the health and fitness industry for over 20 years, specializing for the last 13 years in women’s coaching of all ages and backgrounds. During this period, I consistently saw an overwhelming need for effective, fact-based women’s coaching within the industry. So, I created The Wonder Women to teach other women how to implement my tried-and-true methodologies that address nutrition, training, and mindset.

The Wonder Women community of expert coaches creates a new narrative that breaks away from society’s current story surrounding women’s health and fitness. Regardless of age and background, every woman holds endless potential to become knowledgeable and empowered about her health and self-care.
