Our Data-Driven Program Focuses on Four
Pillars to Maximize Your Results

Resistance Training

Building Muscle has been shown to improve key aspects of our health, including body composition, cognitive health, and cardiovascular health.


Our program requires a minimum of four days of weight training at the gym.

You will be required to video record your workouts so your coach can review your form.

Some cardio will be part of your weekly routine.

Macro-Based Nutrition

Our signature macro-based nutrition is tailored to the individual and allows each woman to build her personal meal plan.


TWW uses its signature macro-based system to teach women how to create delicious, quick meals that support their body’s muscle-building and fat-loss processes.

As a participant, you will use the MyMacros+ app to enjoy the full benefits of your personalized diet plan.

Athlete Mindset

Cultivating a strong mindset that allows you to build the systems needed to support your goals is at the foundation of what we coach.

I’ve been immersed in the health and fitness industry for over 20 years, specializing for the last 12 years in women’s coaching of all ages and backgrounds. During this period, I consistently saw an overwhelming need for effective, data-driven women’s coaching within the industry. I created the Wonder Women Coaching Academy to teach other women how to coach following my tried-and-true coaching methodologies. The 24-week Transformation Program began in 2012 and continues to be at the forefront of bespoke transformation coaching for women who want more. Along with my team of expert coaches, we are committed to changing the narrative around fitness for women.
