If you’re looking to transform yourself, stop the yo-yo dieting and the broken promises to yourself, then Wonder Woman is your answer. I began my transformation in May of 2020 and I was at least 40lbs overweight, unfit and my doctor wanted to put me on cholesterol medication because my numbers were terrible. I needed to overhaul my entire body inside and out. I tried every diet out there but could not lose the weight or keep it off. Since May, I have lost 35lbs, 5 inches off my waist, 5 inches off my hips and 2 inches off each thigh. My cholesterol dropped over 50 points in 4 months and I am lifting 245lbs with my legs. I could not have done any of this without the tools and guidance that my coach gave me. I wanted to make some comments on your coaching. You are a dream! I’ve had many coaches over the years, but I must say that you are far, more technical, and data driven than any in the past. That kind of stuff really excites me because I see almost daily progress in both form and strength. I am finally understanding what progressive overload means and am reaping the benefits of it and your ability to push me to achieve more. I am so pleased that you understand my learning style providing targeted pics and videos that take me only seconds to understand and your feedback is timely. I really love working with you. So I won’t lie when I say the picture on the left is embarrassing. I thought my same workout routine and eating habits from college would follow me into my adult life and I’d just be fine maintaining in the 130lbs range. Well, they don’t lie when they say it catches up to you in your 20s! One day after my friend sent me @trainwithjoan’s profile, I knew I should and could make a change.
