JJ grew up in Montreal and started working in a Canadian Tire store before being hired as a trainer at Energie Cardio (now part of GoodLife Fitness). He’s a passionate hockey fan, fluent in heavy metal and grunge, and is currently the promoter and organizer of FMG Mexico—proof that the long game always pays off when driven by vision and grit.
