Coach

Michelle is a working executive who understands the challenges that come with balancing work with one’s own physical fitness and wellness after the age of 50. Michelle was always an athlete until her late 40s when she had lost her focus with heavy work-related stress. She hired Coach Michelle and began a journey to rediscover her passion. During her coaching with Michelle, she learned how to utilize nutrition to get in her best shape possible! No more undereating and causing her body additional stress, especially during menopause. Learning about flexible, macro-based nutrition changed her outlook on food, and she is thrilled about how this approach supports her active work life and stressors.

Michelle is focused and invested in helping women build healthy habits and a positive mindset for women at 50 and beyond! She believes it is never too late to go after your physique and health goals. Michelle accomplished her own goal of competing in fitness competitions at the age of 50!

Michelle’s Words of Wisdom

“Each of us has that right, that possibility, to invent ourselves daily. If a person does not invent herself, she will be invented. So, to be bodacious enough to invent ourselves is wise.”

What Michelle’s Client’s Are Saying

The Wonder Women Sandy Salmon testimonial

I had put on weight slowly over the years, trying every diet and fad there was out there, never being able to stick with it because I wanted a quick fix. The problem was that I was looking outside of myself for the fix. I wasn’t willing to really take responsibility by doing the work and sticking with it!! I wanted quick results, I had given up on me, I had had surgeries and I had all the excuses! I kept looking at it all as a huge undertaking, rather than a step by step process of consistency!!

Between Jan 2019 and June 2020, I had a total of 4 surgeries, one emergency surgery that was very traumatic and left me feeling pretty affected and in a very low place. I joined a group and worked on my mindset for a whole year, which focused mostly on wealth. The wealth part of my life has gone pretty well, and while there is always room for improvement and pushing myself to think bigger financially, I realize now that what I was really working on was MY OWN PERSONAL SELF WORTH! There was and still is a quiet but mighty powerful voice inside that has said, believe in yourself Sandy.

My son had introduced me to @trainwithjoan a long time ago and I just admired, but didn’t believe I could change or that I was good enough to be involved with The Wonder Woman Group(which is funny now) I then made a vision board decided my word for 2021 would be RESPONSIBILITY! On Jan 1st I made a decision to believe in myself and started with a hike, I walked every day, on Jan 5th I had my last glass of alcohol. At the same time with trepidation and fear, I reached out to Michelle at The Wonderwoman Official and applied, and here I am today three months after working with my coach @michellannefitness . I finally believe in myself! I have actually done what I posted on my wall instead of just wishing I could. I am wearing jeans I haven’t fit since 2012, I have tons of energy, I am able to handle my emotions extremely well and I am just generally happier and way way stronger in mind and body. I actually haven’t and won’t ever give up on me again! I realize it is all because of the mindset work I did and continue to do daily and of course the support of my coach, the program and the amazing women I have met on my journey so far as well as the support of my friends and family. I’m so excited to see what I can create with my body as I continue. So, start with one small step, if I can do it, you can too️.

The Wonder Women Tabitha testimonial

At 52, I found myself at my heaviest weight with no energy or strength and feeling miserable. I had worked with personal trainers and followed weight loss programs in the past, but never learned how to make progress on my own and just ended up gaining back the weight. One day I ran across the Wonder Women page and was amazed at the before and after results of women in their 40’s and

50’s. I was also impressed with how supportive this small community of women was no matter where they were in their journey. I’ve been working the program with Michelle for only 3 months and couldn’t be happier with the results! I never thought I’d be where I am in such a short period of time and at my age. I have muscles I’ve never seen before. Michelle has been my cheerleader since day one and is always there to answer any questions I may have. She has helped me stay focused and encouraged me to push myself outside my comfort zone. I’ve learned so much from her and can’t wait to see what happens next.

The Wonder Women Liz testimonial

This program is like nothing else out there: the focus on building strength at any age, the challenging mindset work needed for transformation, and the supportive community of strong and courageous women all working to better themselves. True transformation is serious, hard work, and Michelle has been an excellent guide for me throughout this process. She is a straight-shooter who doesn’t say anything she doesn’t mean, and that direct style has helped me when I need to be pushed, as well as when I’ve made progress—in each instance it comes from a place of support. I consistently hear her voice in my head when I work out—“You’re stronger than you think you are”—and this helps me push harder and get better results. Another thing I really appreciate about Michelle is that for every problem, question, or motivation challenge I may have, she has at least five *really good* ideas to help. This shows her expert knowledge and her depth of experience as a lifter, as a woman, and as a human being. I highly, highly recommend working with Michelle!!
