Lizzy has been coaching and competing in the sport of powerlifting for six years. She is passionate about incorporating a well-rounded approach to fitness by including yoga and conditioning to her strength-training regimen. She has worked and learned from some of the strongest people in the world, including Chad Wesley Smith and Marisa Inda. Not only has she competed on the national level in powerlifting, but she has also transformed her body for the NPC stage with the guidance of top coach Michelle MacDonald of Tulum Strength Club. By working closely with Michelle over the years, she’s developed a passion for cooking and for teaching other women what macro-based meal planning can do for both physique and performance.
Lizzy’s expertise lies in teaching women how to keep setting the bar high. Whether it’s by doing your first pull-up or deadlifting over 200lbs, she will show you, step by step, how to achieve goals you never thought were possible.
