Through her own experience, she found a new passion and purpose that fulfills every day of her life. She is helping women of all ages change their lifestyle through exercise, whole food nutrition, and mindset training. My name is Nefertiti Long. I am 51 years old I am 5 5’. Before meeting Amanda in late November 2018, I had a weight goal of being 130lbs and 25 percent body fat. When I look back at my journal it had been my goal year after year dating back to 2014. Every new year I would say, this is my year. However, my weight would fluctuate back and forth between 140 and 148 lbs. I had an invisible barrier of making it into the 130’s let alone 130 LBS.
Amanda is a game changer. When I began working with Amanda, I had reached the point I had lost hope. I thought because of my age my goal may no longer be attainable. She wanted to identify my goal first. The tears started forming in my eyes as I explained to her that I had been trying to lose 10-15 lbs. over the last few years and that I was not getting anywhere.
She told me it was ok things were going to change. She said with confidence, she would help me obtain my goal. To be honest, I was not confident that was possible anymore, but I knew I was willing to try.
Within, just three months, I started seeing dramatic results. Within a year, I had exceeded my goals. My weight dropped down to between 126 lbs and 129 lbs with my body fat at 23-25%. I feel like I am in the best shape of my life.
What made the difference? Amanda. Amanda held me accountable from day 1 for my meal choices and my workouts. She always tells me; it is a lifestyle. She is 100% right about that. The lifestyle is committing to the diet and exercise.
Specifically, for the diet, Amanda helped me set initial Macros by creating the optimum balance between my protein, carbs, and fats that would produce results. She monitored my eating and commitment to stay within these Macros on a regular basis. Additionally, making changes based on how my body changed and responded to the combination of diet and exercise. Making these adjustments as the goals adjusted allowed my body to perform at a level I had never been. She kept track of my progress on the weight training and cardio always challenging me to get stronger or endure more. Sometimes I needed more weight training and reduce cardio. I just needed to trust her and the process. I would recommend her to anyone. But I will tell you, you must be ready to change their life along with their body.
My name is Eva Hernandez, I am 36 years old and I am a wife and a mother of 2 boys. Fitness has always been something that I have loved. I started training consistently back in 2012 after my first son was born. I had a trainer for many years! That I relied on very much! I have competed in 2 bikini competitions. Although, I had hit certain goals and overcame certain obstacles. I always hit the gym hard and stayed on track if I had a show date! I wanted more! I wanted to learn how to really make this a lifestyle by traveling, having family outings and dates with friends while still staying on track! Unfortunately, all gyms closed and I was lost with no trainer and no diet to follow. That’s when I found Coach Amanda! important too. I not only learned how to stay on track while on vacation for the first time in my life, I am training myself in my home gym with more confidence than I’ve ever had before! I have made the best transformation ever even better than my previous shows! I love the community of women who also struggle and work on upper limit problems. Knowing I’m not alone is priceless! My life has changed. I started this program because I was ready to make a change. I wanted to be the best version of myself.
I had a fear of food. What to eat what not to eat. And the occasional “oh well don’t eat.” I chose Amanda as my coach because of her knowledge in macros, her knowledge in fitness, and her energy.
